Early Life: 

Junaid Jamshed: A multi talent personality, Pakistani recording artist, television personality, fashion designer singer, preacher born in the city of lights Karachi on 3 September 1964. For early education he was sent to an international boarding high school in Saudi Arabia. He Belonged to a patriotic family, His father was a group captain in Pakistan Air Force. JJ's wish was to join the Pakistan Air Force to become a fighter pilot but he was unable to because of his weak eyesight. He completed his mechanical engineering. In 1990 From University of Engineering and Technology Lahore.

Musical Career:

Later in 80's he joined the vitel signs band as a lead singer and started performing in different parts of the country after having secured a place in the underground music industry in Islamabad and Lahore. after this success they launched their first album which was Vital Signs (i), that was released on 14 August 1987, nationwide and aired on PTV. "Dil Dil Pakistan" and "Tum Mil Gaye", gave them national fame because that patriotic song really touched the heart of people, that song can not be forgotten. each year on independence day people love to play Dil Dil Pakistan song. so do i ..

Winding The Music: 

After such a Fame he drifted from music to islamic Personality as he met Maulana Tariq Jameel a Great muslim scholar (AALIM)  who influenced him with islam and the Religion of Prophet Muhammad (saww). Later on he started writing and preaching naats and also appeared to the Ramzan transmissions of  different channels. He wrote and preached famous naats like "Mera Dil Badal de" "Jaga Jee Lagane Ki Dunia Nahi Hai" and many more which can touch our soul easily.He was the Role model of young, he also used delivered Islamic information and views to the young people by visiting collages, universities and many educational institution just to spread the words of Deen (Islam) .. He maintain his personality and fame in both fields in music as well as in islamic! Junaid jamshed distanced himself from music and started  praying five times a day regularly. In 2004, Jamshed officially renounced music after announcing that he had devoted his life to Islam

 

 

Fashion & Brand:

After devoting his life to islam he left music and engineering so now the question was that what will be the source of income so He launched a fashion clothing outlet Named J. (Jdot) which is very famous now and also in trend.

Death: 

Junaid was in Chitral, along with one of his two wives, Nahya Junaid, for a Tablighi Jamaat mission. On 7 December 2016, he was returning to Islamabad, with Nahya Junaid, on board  PIA Flight 661 which crashed near Havelian, Khyber Paktunkhwa, killing all on board. Jamshed was on route to deliver the Friday sermon at the Parliament mosque. He left behind his one  wife, three sons, and a daughter. .

Rest In peace JJ.. You will always be remembered and missed!
